Message	when shit breaks, i fix (if necessary) immediately. otherwise, if i am not fixing it immediately, it means it is not important enough to list. when i replace things, i like to upgrade. sounds like you might have a 'stick' somewhere between the throttle bodies, throttle linkage, or tps. i had a bent tps shaft one time which pinched the driver side throttle body and thus the rest of the system. as far as #3.....all cars suffer from this when in too high of a gear: either switch to a lower gear or be patient lol.
